	ry and culture of the Fest Noz.\nThese breton dance events have stood the 
	test of time and are still going\nstrong. In this workshop we’ll look at v
	ideos and images collected in the past\nto get a better understanding on h
	ow we got to the point we are now. As well as\nlearning dances such as an-
	dro\, gavotte\, and laridé\, we will look at their\nhistory to see how the
	y came to be and how (bal) folk influenced them. This\nworkshop will be ab
	out more than just dancing. Expect to get a nice taste of\nculture while a
	lso being involved in some singing (no French knowledge\nrequired). *** Le
	o Visser is a balfolk dancer and teacher based in the\nNetherlands. In his
	 dynamic and energetic classes\, he imparts a wealth of\ncultural knowledg
	e\, as well as precisely observed dance technique.
